Point looks sort of like a well used Adena Robins. It was probably a very useful item to its user. I have found several points and knives made of this type lithic material in the maon, Georgia area.

When you blow in the cup part it makes the whistle sound or kinda a one pitch flute sound

Fill the cup with water and blow from the other end lightly

Hmmm maybe it makes a sound when you blow in it but I’m sure it would work great as a pipe and prob what it was ..... unless modem and just a weird looking whistle

No i dont know where it was found my buddy who gave it to me found it in his aunts attic along with te point ....
