I had a pretty good day detecting some torn out sidewalks. All the coins that were found were pre 1900. I also found this token.
It has a Script letters "F" "B" and "L". To the left is the letter "O" and to the right is the letter "F".
The token is brass and about the diameter of a quarter. The reverse side is blank.
Any clues?

Hey, BK—

I believe that the correct reading is "B. of L. F.," for the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen. Founded in 1873 as an insurance-benefit group for railroad firemen, it evolved into a labor union, and in 1902 changed its name to the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen, when it allowed engineers to join.

Your find is probably the drop (medallion) from a membership or convention badge.
