Looks like a WW1 Propaganda relic. Boy scouts? Cool find~

It's from the Third Liberty Loan campaign during WW I. The "Weapons for Liberty" was part of the Boy Scouts effort in helping to sell those bonds.

Neat! Thanks! I hope mine cleans up that nicely, but I have my doubts.
