Need some help ID'n some things (Solved)

Found these all in the same yard. Button is a tad larger than a quarter. The shield thing is about 2 inches tall and the buckle is just pretty darned cool..any info would help

Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad switchlock.....nice one!

Also the first pin is an ROTC collar device. not sure on the age though.

The back pic may help but the first item looks like the US Army ROTC Torch of Knowlege button or collar disc. http://forum.treasurenet.com/index.php/topic,217071.0.html

Does it have a backmark? A back pic should determine if its a button or collar disc and what era.
