I have been considering a Compadre but did a little research on the F11, F2 and the F22.
Question 1, Does the F22 have the same 4 Tone Audio Identification feature as the F11?
Question 2, does the F22 have a simple learning curve?
Question 3, How much more would I have to spend on a Fisher (cheapest) detector for Beach/salty sand? Not absolutely needed.
I want to get rid of my 1265X and GBII and want one do it all as my final detector purchase.
My sincere Thanks for your help,
Marvin

1. yes the F22 has 4 tone audio.

2. I went to fisherlab.com and downloaded the F22 manual, after reviewing the manual, I'd say you will quickly learn to use it, it's not that complicated.

3. I do not water hunt often and when I do it's fresh water so I use a 1280x, I believe you'd need the CZ-21 for salt water and it's not cheap.

I hear good things about the 1265. Personally, I would keep it. And I agree, I would get the F44 over the other models you have listed.
