Need ID help on strange stone item

I found a couple of interesting stone items while walking a tidal creek front where I've found many NA artifacts over the years plus colonial and CW items. One of the items appears to be some kind of stone tube. Any idea what it might be? From a pendant or pipe? Check out my complete post linked below for the whole story and the rest of the pics.

i cannot really tell if it is natural or an artifact. But I can tell you that I have several of those that look similar to your picture and mine are fossil sand shrimp burrow necks.
 

Are those pictures of the same piece? It sure looks like it could be either a Bead or a Pipe Stem.
