Need help with silver items and hallmark

Hi all
I have a 800/1000 silver fork I need some help with the hallmark, Its a w in a circle. I was thinking it was Willy Winnaess and I have owned a pin or two of his over the years but the w looks a little off... I would also like to know what the othe item with the six loops is or what it's used for?
