✅ SOLVED Need help with ID on this emblem

Found this today on my old homestead site (with my new Manticore!). Kind of looks like the FTD man but nothing comes close on any images I've seen. Maybe off a kids toy, bicycle, wagon....? About 6 inches in radius.
Any help is appreciated and thanks for looking, good hunting all.
