Nice. The double arrowhead device with a small diamond lozenge nestling in it is the trademark of Silpada Designs Inc. They were founded in 1997 in Overland Park, Kansas by Bonnie Kelly, Teresa Walsh and Jerry Kelly. The letter ‘T’ to the right is the first letter of ‘THAILAND’ (you can just about make out some of the rest), where much of their jewellery is made.

They were acquired by the Richline Group Inc. in 2016, who now own the trademark.
