Hello. Please see the pictures of my item below. I am not sure if it is part of something larger or if it’s just a single item. Found it in the marina where I have my tackle shop. The property has quite a bit of history.

You won't be bending brass or a bronze alloy unless You've heated it up in a kiln or with a torch.probably just a painted lead figurine.google it so you know.
Google it yourself so you know. I did, and all 4 examples (OP's and 3 more I found) show green patina and brass coloring underneath.
From the coloring and patina in the pictures, this tiny dancer appears to be brass or bronze.
+1.
That's why I asked for clarification on the bending.

For what it’s worth it doesn’t bend easily. I work with lead a lot making sinkers and jigs. Does not seem as malleable

Bronze paint will tarnish into a patina like you describe and lead depending on what it's alloyed with can be soft or hard just some facts to consider

In what way, and how easily? Soft metal or springiness or something else? It doesn't look (to me) like it's supposed to be bendable. :dontknow:

Lensing your pic directly didn't turn up much, but lensing the results produced a few more.

The Web at large seems to have as many guesses/opinions as to what it is as folks here.
Maybe incorporating the word (German) into your search could pull you a more accurate description since the one for sale is there.you never know

It's possible that was something very popular in Germany and was brought(sent) back as souvenirs in WW2 maybe even WW1
