Need help with 2 pieces

First piece looks to be some type of buckle. I found this on new site, I am not sure of history of land so any chance of date for the piece would be great. Second piece doesn't have any holes in it, I have found a couple of these at another area. It rings up in the low 80's on my AT Pro. thanks for your help.

Your first piece look to be a buckle and the other piece looks like a broken off piece of a motorcycle clutch or break handle.

I knew the second piece looked familiar. Kids dirt bike the area frequently. I was trying to get a little more on the buckle, but I know there are so many different ones it would be hard to date. Thanks for the help.
