Need help on the date for this Seated Dime

Got this counterstamped seated dime off a cheap BIN on ebay that was listed as 1899 Seated Dime. Obviously the seller didn't look to far into this based on the fact that there were no more SL dimes being made in 1899. I couldn't tell from the picture on the listing but now that I have the coin it looks like it might be an 1880, one of the scarcer dates for the series. Any thoughts? Do I have an 1890 or an 1880
