Ummmmm. Are you sure it is a Jeep? The grill says to me it is not a Jeep. Many companies manufactured vehicles during the war.

I dont know of it is a jeep. I was assuming. Oops.

It is not a Jeep. It looks like a Dodge Powerwagon which came in several configurations at the time. Ambulances and pick-ups mostly.
