✅ SOLVED Need help identifying this 5/8” very thin coin.

Good find. That's the arms of Tuscany on the reverse and a legend for Ferdinand III (as "FERD III"), so it's Italian States coinage. The obverse gives the denomination as "UN QUATTRINO" (1 quattrino = 1/60th of a lira). Like this one:

You're welcome. You could try it on eBay but it's not high value coin. There's one on offer at the moment (1821 date) in better condition with a "buy it now" of $24.49:
