Good evening everyone,

It?s been a while that I?ve posted anything but today I found a chest that I liked in a thrift store.
But how it usually goes I?m now more interested in the padlock with its marking and its history.:D

Does anybody know a website where I could find where the marking originated from?

I?m grateful for any help or insight you have.

Do you have the key??
Most Chinese locks the key enters from the end of the lock and push the lock pin in the center out the other end.
I agree it has a Hindu/Arab look...
