[Solved] Need help identifying... (first timer)

I found this item next door to my house (1910-1920) it was found under an old shed (which i found a 1896 Indian head penny 3 ft away) it was about 2 inches under the soil rang up as 79-80 on my AT Pro I thought it was junk at first then I cleaned it up and thought that I should ask... not sure on what is made of not easy to bend, kinda thin

US Army Ordnance Brass Collar Disc. Likely WWII era. Possibly WWI. Someone more informed may be able to date it better. But it is definitely a 20th century US Army Brass Collar Disc for Ordnance.
