need help detecting in Ohio

I am in Pickaway county Ohio and I can not find anywhere to detect any suggestions would be helpful thanks

Suggestion: Go to your county library and read about local history; especially note places where people met years ago (camp grounds, baseball fields, picnic groves, outside reunions, swimming holes, etc.) Then MD those areas if they are vacant and after you receive permission from the owner.
