Need Buckle Expert For Buckle Wreath

Found while metal detecting an 1860s California mining site in Siskiyou county.
This buckle wreath unlike others I have found is cast brass I believe. Measurements follow, 1.78" tall, 1.9" wide at the wreath, 1.3" wide at tongue. There is no embossing, it is plain.

Most were stamped, so you got a quality piece being cast-
