Really, you know p.m.h., guess you met her at one of the NDE gatherings? I like her sweet nature & yes read about her father being a cop. So...you're "hard-nosed" eh...that's good, always good to be skeptical & questioning.

Sorry to hear about your brother, glad he's doing OK. During my husbands heart surgery they had to stop it for a while & he didn't remember anything.

In reference to Hitndahed's experience....I've been to that "foggy" place before, it's Real. You're just floating there in this peaceful (for me) fog and can't see anything but it and after awhile start to wonder how you'd even know you exist if you can't see anything or anyone.

Met P.M.H. at a NDE "workshop" in Shenandoah Valley, Va., back in early 70's; "Doc" Raymond Moody was presenting his LIFE AFTER LIFE book; he played a joke on FIRST wife & I, pretending to be a COUSIN from Georgia, & we "fell for it". We became friends & visited him & his family in Charlottesville, Va. (on Park Street, I think); he even indicated his rocking chair that he wrote LAL in... GREAT ppl & Raymond was a VERY funny guy. He lives in Georgia, now & has Theater of the MIND "program". Haven't seen him for years... he know NOTHING about my ALA (After LIFE Experience). P.M.H. wasn't known back then. When I lived in Ch'ville, Va. back in early-mid 80's, P.M.H. & her hubby were going to UNITY Church, & I met 'em again... have ALL her books.

BTW, got an e-mail TODAY from Eben's ppl (Eben Alexander - Map of Heaven; Proof of Heaven); He is doing 4 workshops in Colorado this year, & has a Web-Seminar starting TODAY: "On-line Seminar"; 1 of 6 sessions... How Sounds Heal; An Introduction to Sound Therapy"; sounds like something from the Monroe Institute. "Google" Eben Alexander... HH!

How wonderful that you know these great people....I have read a couple of Moody's books & liked them very much and he does come across as a very nice guy. My dad introduced me to him & think he even wrote him a few times, my dad's past now. That's so funny he played a joke on you! I did read about his "theater of the MIND" before, interesting. I guess he doesn't know about your ALA because it happened "after" seeing him last? I'm sure he'd very much enjoy hearing about it, maybe you should "re-connect"? Wasn't he the one who Dannion Brinkely (sp?) first contacted about his experience? And don't say you know him to...haha.

I have read Eben Alexander's book, good an actual "Doctor" has had one of these experiences & wrote about it. His Web-Seminar on sound therapy sounds like a very good idea, sound/music is an important part of the "whole". Did you have any experience with it during your ALA? Then there's, sorry forgot her name at the moment, she's from India & had a NDE while she was dying from cancer & came back healed. I had her book but lent it to my sister, think her last name is something like Morjani or such? Well....so nice to be able to communicate with someone like you Rebel, thank you.

Yes, saw her on TV; GREAT experience; NDE is in ALL Faiths, Cultures, etc.; heard some, read some.

BTW, BEST book for Interfaith Experiences is LIFE AFTER DEATH: A Study Of the AFTERLIFE in WORLD RELIGIONS; you can ALSO "google" Interfaith After Life Experiences, Interfaith Life After Death Experiences, Interfaith Near Death Experiences. HH!

Nah... don't know Danion Brinkely (Sp); got his books, tho. MY "journey" after my previous "Out-of-Body" experiences was FIRST: met & listened to Dr. George Ritchie (MD) in Ch'ville, Va. @ HIS NDE. SECOND: met/listened to Doc Raymond Moody (NDE/ALE) @ Creative Living Institute in Shenandoah Valley, Va.; becoming friends; THIRD: met P.M.H. & hubby many times in Ch'ville, Va. as part of Quest Institute "Specials"; Kay Allison of Quest Institute did a WONDERFUL job on various "specials"; and provided VARIOUS books, videos, etc in the early 80's; her book-shop is now for sale (Independent Owner). She KINDLY let me volunteer in her book-shop, after I came back; when "I" was in the 2 1/2 months "locked-in-state COMA she also sent various HEALERS (of various Faiths/Cultures, etc.) to pray for me, doing various "rituals" (still have a RATTLE STONE, from Native Americans)... AND!
6 churches were praying for me; prisoners in various prisons in Va. was praying for me (I was Treatment Programs Supervisor/Top Administrator on Duty, ie., WARDEN, of a MAX-Security Prison in VA.)... AND! I remember various SPIRITS of "there" being around the body, while I/M C was "elsewhere", being with family/friends, who had "traveled on".
I know of several ppl, locally, who are survivors of NDE/ALE...

Looks like Kay wants to sell Quest Book-shop for @ $ 150,000; HA! If I had the $$$$$$$$$, I'd give her $ 200,000 for it, she could have a GREAT Retirement!

UPDATE: HIGHER POWER "buggered" me about the Quest Bookshop, two nights ago; did R & I on the "Net" & found out that Kay is trying to do "fund-raising" to SAVE QB from "closing"; would ONLY sell QB, as last "option". Some guy from India wants to "come over" and do a Benefit Concert for her & QB; know him well, as he got into MAX Security Prison in Virginia to play flute for inmates (he wanted to do it & Kay told me). He DID play & gave me a Flute from India & his cassette of music in appreciation; Nawang Khechog - Sound of Inner Peace. I also listen to cassette - Buddhist Chants, as I meditate. Will "see" what I can do for Kay & QB... y'all can, TOO!

Just watched that movie about the little boy who had a "visit to heaven"...movie: Heaven is Real. He also had a large prayer circle.
Thank you for setting me straight on the "order" of things. I tried looking for the UVA studies book but don't seem to be able to see it, does it have a certain name other than what you said? Is it the "Handbook of Near-death & experiences: 30 years of investigation"?
Have you heard about Skeptic's mag guy "Michael Shermer's" experience with his father-in-law? If not, can Google it under " Anomalouse events that can shake one's skepticism to the core"....guess that title says a lot!

When I was "there" (ALE), a "Lightness of BEING" was apparent; NO "resistance" TIME/SPACE-wise. Like in the book/movie, Jonathan Livingston Seagull, "THINK THERE, YOU ARE THERE! Coming Back from ALE, there was a brown-like haze, feeling like molasses (THICKNESS), going into a cave, where I saw MANY ppl (in Darkness) afraid to go into the "Tunnel Of Light" into the WORLD OF LIGHT, the ACTUALITY, for FEAR of punishment. My cousin was there, who was KIA in Vietnam... was standing next to a helicopter in full combat gear of US ARMY-25th Infantry (July 28th, 1968... RPG went through him; died soon after). We talked together of his FEAR, since HE had to kill ppl there, in THE WAR. I told him that ACTUALITY was good; NOTHING to be afraid of. I walked with him through the tunnel to ACTUALITY where his older brother (KIA in Korea) & other family members, (whom I DID NOT know) were. OTHERS in the cave, also wanted me to "walk 'em up", so I did... gotta stop "writing"; memory is getting to me. BBL!

Thank you Rebel for sharing that experience & sorry to have stirred up such strong memories there....but you did such a wonderful thing in "rescuing" those stranded souls, you were their "lifeline" out, thank you.
I have some understanding of the "Lightness of Being" you mentioned. On the two occasions I was with the "Helpers" they, (what it felt like) lifted me (soul/spirit) out of the body (half way) and into "Reality", into the Real world of LIGHT, which is in "NO TIME".....home.

Nah, don't know Tom; WILL read his book, tho. The "AMBERS" apparently are areas where "WE" begin to re-enter HUMAN form; when I was "there" (ALE), I was known as the "Incomplete"... one who had not made the FULL "transition". There must have been MANY "caves" of "re-entry" ("going down into "Darkness"... "HUMAN form"); it was, has been, STILL is... a STRUGGLE. THANK God/HIGHER POWER, there are NIGHT CLASSES! MI has MANY ppl; Bob Monroe has "traveled on", and is PROBABLY "tunneling in" from the NEXT dimension... the 3rd, beginning of "Heaven"; "WE" are currently in the 2nd Dimension. 1st is "Burning Hade"... More LATER!

Dannion Brinkley... I have two of his book, SAVED BY THE LIGHT & AT PEACE IN THE LIGHT; as I, he "died" TWICE; ALE is different from mine... YET! In ALL ALE books/ppl I have met/heard/read, GENERAL consensus is PEACE & CONTENTMENT within THE LIGHT!

Tom's book (MBT x3) is pretty "scientific", not like a lot of them, and very good. Being "incomplete" in the "Ambers" is what made you so "helpful" to those stuck there, since you were nearer their level than the Helpers. Yes, many Dimensions, levels...rings, so I've heard. When I first had contact with the "Helpers", they told me that there are infinite & wonderful worlds to explore and amazing things to learn & do. Sigh, So much we don't know...yet.
What are you "struggling" most with, coming back? I would have liked to stay there, in the Light, Home.....but we are down here for a purpose & reason, so we stay till it's our "time" to go. "Life" (here) is so short anyway, like a flick of your finger nail compared to Eternity. I hope you're doing OK health wise, I'm sure, just that's been a LOT to deal with.
Yes, no marriage in Heaven...lol I've had some "help" in times of need from "them"....they can even take human form to do this, amazing! Still would like to hear about the "classes" you take sometime, when you're ready. While looking into some of the things you suggested, ran into a great youtube with "Jeff Olsen", his NDE & would recommend to anyone. YW! I like the "scientific" in that Dr. Eben Alexander is a NEURO DOC (Surgeon) & Dr. George Ritchie was a Psychiatrist; they didn't believe in the "flaky/WHOO WHOO" stuff. I DO NOT believe the "Scientific Explanation" of NDE, etc just being "points of the brain" that they can poke with Brain Probes to generate such. MAIN "struggle" is just being limited by TIME/SPACE in this 2nd Dimension; "there" in the 3rd, NO limits; Just THINK, & you are THERE! Such a "LIGHTNESS OF BEING", like being in a dream... YET! EVERYTHING is like wearing 3D glasses (not flat); colors of flowers, etc. are amazing & very varied in MANY hues; to see such, go to Wal-Mart PAINT section & look at the various HUES of colors. Learn to "see" as an ARTIST or painter, by picking some of the "samples" strips... that is your VISUAL "training" that I learned from ONE Night Class...

These types of things (NDE, ALE....) have to be "experienced" to be understood, not possible for mere "observers" to know or really comprehend. Your main struggle is one I do understand, having been "beyond time" and free of earthly bounds, it's very hard to have to deal with the "material" again. Having ones "boundaries expanded" and then having to come back into a tiny, heavy, slow "body", can feel very claustrophobic sometimes, at least it is for me if I dwell on it to much, not to mention having to think & talk in such a limited way here.
I have heard about the "colors" "there" & how amazing they are. My experience was mainly with/in the LIGHT, brighter than a million suns and washed by waves of unspeakable LOVE, having all my questions answered & even before I thought them...no words to really explain.
I have read about the "night classes", very interesting...maybe you could tell some more?

I will, later; It IS ineffable for "experiencers" to explain it; interestingly, THE LIGHT was NOT "blinding"... sort of like a warm sunny day; source of LIGHT is "within" (NO Sun). "We" CAN create night-time as our REALITY within the ACTUALITY; ANOTHER "example" would be "I traveling" in BEAUTIFUL Forest/WOODS, with mountains in front of me, FOREVER! YET! My nephew loves skiing, SO! HE could be right next to me, skiing down a mountain of snow... FOREVER! ALL the "desires" of our hearts... YET! It is a "mental thing" of I/ME C (I/Me Consciousness). We CAN "project" our bodily images for identification "purposes". My mother's grand-mother did "just that"... NEVER met "G-Grand" in HUMAN form; she said... "J", You've never met me; "I am your mother's grand-mother"... Came Back, saw "pic" of old lady, next to ma's chair... I asked ma, "Who is that?"; Her answer was, "That is MMP, my grand-mother." MY answer... "My GOT!" "MMP" WAS YOUR GRANDMOTHER! I told her about my experience, and she was befuddled. HA!
