These were found along the coast in NE Florida between Amelia Island and Big and Little Talbot Islands.
The possible 2in shard appears to be man made, the exterior is smooth, and the interior is rough and gray, and it seems layered. Through research, it closely describes St Johns Culture plain chalky ware. This would be my first time finding a shard, so I am really second guessing my interpretation. :dontknow: The next set of pics is obviously a bone, but my question is how do you know if a bone has been worked? It was found on the beach so erosion definitely played a role. Regardless, it is beautiful to me. Any thoughts?
