NE 1 tell me How to get Plat maps from BLM?

I can access these maps from the 1800's on the internet and down load them as pdf or jpg files,
but I really need to have a copy of these maps(Plat Maps) to work with in the field.

NE 1 know if you can order these old maps from Bureau of Land Management?
I look all over their site and cannot find a way to buy them.

OR
Can anyone tell me the exact measuements of the squared miles on these maps?
