I don't know anything about Native American weavings, but I would say it isn't.
It looks like a craft project made in the style of Native American bead work.

Are those beads?

If so, I had something like that as a kid. Can't remember what it was from. Maybe hat or head band. It came from a tourist shop.

Made on a bead loom. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and other groups made these things in craft classes. Yours looks like a practice project because it doesn't look like it had a purpose such as bracelet, hat band, etc. Original NA bead work was applied directly to leather or cloth, not done on a bead loom and then sewn on clothing, moccasins, etc. Yours looks fairly modern due to the color of the beads.
