Any help with getting an ID on this coin/token would be appreciated! I'm located in Kansas and recently tried my hand at detecting in the water where it was found in a river below an old dam. I tried a google image search and it is too far gone to get a match.
Is it by chance a Fugio? Nice find!

Nice find in the water..i hope someone here will be able to identify it.
I used to visit Ellsworth Kansas and frequently go to the Smoky hill creek

I wish! That would be a find of a lifetime, especially here in Kansas haha. With the patina it has, I am pretty sure it has some age to it though.
Don't doubt the Fugio in Kansas. I've seen a few come out of the creek not too far from me on one of the reservations.

I also got some native American relation that the elders talked about getting them in trade. Soo it's possible someday you will find one.

Nice find for sure. I hope someone ID'S it.

That's awesome. I used to work at the Reservoir close to there. This find was actually found on the Smoky Hill close to Salina. Lot's of cool areas on the Smoky Hill River, especially the old town site of Ellsworth!
