I decided to go out to an old school that I had hunted once before but it was so trashy and has coal cinders littering the soil that it is not alot of fun to hunt. I guess I kinda got the detectin fever after finding the Confederate Script " I " button yesterday and was feeling lucky. I waited till about 6:30 pm hoping it would cool off a bit. I took my old Sov and thought I would work slow and just listen for the nice smooth tones and it paid off with a man's gold ring. No markings but the diamond tested real and I done the acid test on the ring and it tested 18k so I'm pretty happy about that. I am feeling the detectin luv... to say the least. Hmmm wonder where I'll go tommorrow. LOL
