My review of the Equinox 800

I got all the problems. I am going to have to get a hovercraft to dig soon....the walking thing is starting to fall apart.

I put bobcat tracks on my hoverrround and fashioned a an oscillating holder to the handle bars so I can swing my 800. I only have to get off to dig a target. With the tracks on the hoverrround I can hunt the beach, fields and anywhere except the woods and under water. The beauty of it is I can sip icedtea while I am detecting. Problem solved.

I should just rent a backhoe. I've done it before. Those little ones dig GREAT holes!

And Treasure Hunter, 2.9 pounds is very heavy compared to the Deus at 1.9 pounds. With 20 pounds of arthritis to go with it!

And some of those big detectors? "Big" is over 4 pounds. Like swinging a gallon jug of milk around. No thank you. I don't care how deep they go.
