Of 2006.

Not a lot found today, but just had to get in ONE more post before the year ends.

Dakota and I went to the park for a few minutes today. Very muddy as we have had rain for the past couple of days, but we did do a little prospecting and had fun.

I have learned a tremendous amount from you all and been inspired to keep hunting, even when I thought I'd never find another single thing, just by reading and seeing all the finds you all have posted over the year.

I knew you wouldn't foresake us Nanna. Because we all love you! Happy New Year and many more posts and finds in the coming year! I often go to the park just down the street from my house when I don't have time to go very far off or when I want to test something with one of my detectors. I always find something even if it's only a few clad pennies. I have found several dozen of those hair berrets in the park. Seems like every little girl has lost at least one. I don't see any bullets or are my eyes deceiving me? Have a good'n . Monty

Good Lord, Nana..... I wished I'd read your post title on New Years Eve when I had a SERIOUS case of the hiccups...might have scared them right out of me! Glad it's just your last one of 2006, we'd all miss you too much if you ever left us!
And Monty; yes, I think you're right about the little girl barrettes... it's amazing how many of them are around. I combed through my finds from 2006 and I was surprised at how many I'd come home with...
