I dont understand what happened, this use to be a community where you post and every one helps out... It seems I hardly get interest when I decide to post. My posts and sharing of finds have diminished because of this. Are my posts just boring? If I'm way off tell me but if you have noticed this please speak up. Thank you for taking the time to read this I appreciate it.

Quite a few of the more serious detectorists have left the forum but I would not worry as you seem to have plenty of likes of your posts, especially in comparison to the number of posts you have made.

It still is a community were everybody helps out, I don't know what you are referring to :icon_scratch: do you have a particular post/posts, you are referring to. But don't stop posting because of lack of replies, I would have stopped years ago, if I did.:laughing7:

At least for me I have been spending so much time outside detecting, and inside cleaning and restoring I haven't had the usual amount of
time left for posting and reading/replying as I do when the days are shorter. Wish I did.

I prowl here fairly often, but also several others. I like to offer whatever I can when a thread asks a question I can help with or if it's especially interesting. However, often a post asks detector model specific questions, which may be a model I'm unfamiliar with, or already has many responses and those I usually read or pass on. As I respond here, I don't remember any of your posts specifically, but I probably would respond to any that fit the above description.

You might also want to consider that when someone can't help with a meaningful bit of knowledge, they move on. Nothing against you, but sometimes you just don't have an answer, and also, but not in your case, as I viewed your post, some subjects and questions are beat to death with continual rehashing. I think the responses to your questions were answered to the best of the respondants abilities, and with thousands of questions being asked of the community, the experts can't always get to all of them.

My grudge was un founded thank you for your responses, sorry. It's just a combination of finding no one to hunt with and not having anyone to get stoked about finds with. Thanks for the help, I won't stop posting :)
