My gold from the beach

Three gold and one silver from the beach over the last month or so. 2 men's bands, a ladies ring with a pink tourmaline stone, and a silver ring with a peridot in it. Plenty of kids and costume stuff also.

Sorry Dekalb33, It would be quite a trip for me to go to Illinois from MD to detect. Not that I wouldn't want too. I am sure the boss would frown on it, as I have no more vacation days to take this year. I was just curious. You know "Inquiring minds want to know."

Not long at all! Some woman I hardly know begged me for the birthstone ring. I told her she was crazy. I ended up giving that to my girl's daughter last week for her birthday as it is her birthstone. The 2 wedding bands will be held onto until at least next year. The caretakers at the beach know I have them and will let me know if someone claims them. Unfortunately, I have not hit the 2 known lost rings out there yet that were described to me when I started.

If the wedding bands aren't claimed, I will have them made into something more to my liking.
