Awesome hunt it was just 1 and a half hrs long but wow what a site think i maybe first to find this one 1st target was indian then a wheat then another indian then BAM honking signal and out pops a silver my first standing liberty but date is worn off :( then 3 more wheats and a nickel and a silver pin with an L on it also found this bottle which is kinda cool but no words on it. After clean up dates were 4 wheats 1913,1914,1917,1929 indians 1900,1903 nickel was 1946 I LOVE DETECTING

Way to go on your first SLQ. :occasion14: Sure sounds like a virgin spot. The "L" on the silver pin stands for "LUCKY". :thumbsup:

Excellent hunt! You said the dates but not mintmarks for the pennies. 1914D is a KEY DATE - worth $$$$! Be sure to check it, and whatever you do, don't clean it! That will most likely decrease it's value.

Way to go mfc83 !! My first silver coin find was a no date SLQ. Judging by all of the early dates on those coins, looks like you've found a good spot.
