My first spanish silver !!! Two new pics added

Me and levisdad went out today at a local school . I was getting the usual clad working with my daughter Shiloh , when I get an odd penny signal . I was getting few signals where I was so decided to dig . When I first saw it I thought it was some sort of play money because of the size of it , then I saw the date .
I hollered at scott and he came to check it out . The date is 1793 !! The one thing I know for sure is that it IS silver , so it is two firsts for me this year , 1st silver for the year and oldest coin to date for me .

The coin is a GREAT find. It could've come there in a load of dirt--but there also could've been a colonial site on the property before the school was built as well. I'd get back out there to that field--and hunt it with low discrimination in search of musketballs and buttons. Never can tell how deep something would be if it were filled in.
