I don't hunt alot of spots that are conducive to American coins like this, but I'll take them every time! This may have been dropped by a hunter, probably soon after the mint date from the looks of it. It sure was a nice suprise. 
Now I'm going to try and clean it without scratching it...
I decided to just blot it with a camel hair brush under running water. The front doesn't look as good as the reverse, but not too bad.
