my first gold coin and its big

today on the way home from the local food pantry i volunteer at i came across an old filing cabinet someone tossed down the embankment i walked down to see if it was any good but it was rusted out on the top
as i opened the draw the side kinda fell apart leaving me holding the draw
anyway taped to the bottom was a 1947 gold 50 peso coin.
from there the day got better when i got home it was raining and my son eric (fisher2)
beged me to go back to a spot we just got permission for
so we grabed the saran warp and jumped into the car
hunted for about 2 1/2 hours
here is the finds from one of the best days detecting this year

well all she needs to do is stop into the food pantry we all so have a thrift store were she can get some free blouses maybe even gold one to match her skin tone

Great find......and taped to a drawer. And you were the one to get her back into circulation.
You work at a food pantry. Before I came to Korea I was a Chaplain at two inner-city missions.....
one in Columbus, Georgia, and the other in Salem, Oregon. We worked closely with several food kitchens.......
they do good work.
