On my way home from work I stopped for a little bit..
It was so hot I didn't go in the field like I wanted to..
I hide under some trees and the shade!!
So glad i did!!
The thing with this Blisstool is its the same signal strength if its a dime or 2 freaking Morgans in the hole..
If i was using the deus i probably would of thought it was big iron. .
Let me tell you, when i flipped the plug back and seen that i almost crapped self..lol..
I was talking to abe on my way to go swing and told him i was hoping for a 2 reale..
Oh well ill take it..
Another of my list.
Thanks for looking.
George.

Good finds - but I have no idea why you would have thought that was big iron on the Deus? Makes no sense at all.

Put some more time in with the deus. .you will understand. .
It was such a forced signal, it sounded like wrap around high signal in full tones

I have enough time to know the difference, not only the sound (in 3 tones) but the numbers would look nothing like big iron.

IMAG0029.jpgSuper recovery George! Was it a mini cache or part of a larger cache that was all broken up? Who knows. A couple of years back I actually came upon three Morgans (1879, 1883, and 1889) in the same hole. They were all stacked together and I felt they had been planted there. Note the similarity to your photo. I read that back in those days folks commonly planted small caches throughout their property, for better security. I continued to hunt that Morgan site for a year in hopes of finding the big score and never found it. I hope you have better success.

Great finds. 2 for 1, can't beat that!

I m guessing, several silver in the same hole gives an odd reading that bounces in the good range, on any detector, right?
