so... I have included

Philippines (of course) both US and Spanish issue
Guam, Spanish issue
Saipan/Marianas, Japan issue from 1919-45
Hawaii
Texas
Confeds
all kinds of state coppers etc
Mexico
cobs and cut pieces
Canada
US Virgin Is, Danish
Puerto Rico
Liberia, (I consider it an American Colony)
some British (colonial period)
some French (colonial period)
some early Dutch dollars
a few Russian (from Alaska
Chinese cash coins simply because they are commonly still dug

what am I missing?

yeah, I have those too. I did a Dansco 7070 just for fun and added the gold page. I do the Danscos to get the common stuff out of the way so I can dig deeper with the more interesting stuff.
