My Best Silver Day Ever! I don't think I'll ever top it!
Hello everyone, right after lunch today my friend Steve called me and asked if I wanted to meet up with hiim and hunt an old school he just got permission to hunt. I told him I had a few things to take care of and I would meet him on the site. I was there for maybe 20 minutes when I got my first silver signal, it was a rosie, I went a little further and got another good tone and got a merc. at this point I'm starting to feel bad because Steve hadn't gotten any silver yet, do I told him to finish my pass and I would move to another spot. well, I moved and the first signal I got was another merc! I did this several times and every time I would move to another area so Steve could hunt the areas that were producing I would find more and more silver! so finally I gave up and just started gridding the area and to make a long story short, I found a total of 14 silvers(2 quarters and 12 dimes) this is my best silver day ever! my one day silver record was 8 silvers in one day, I kinda blew that outta the water! LOL!!! I couldn't even tell you how many wheats we pulled today! my pouch is full! and so is Steve's!! I also got an early wheat spill with an Indian penny in it! I may have gotten others, but there were so many pennies and silver signals I just started putting everything that wasn't silver in the outer pocket of my pouch. I dug three full pouches of trash! towards the end of the hunt I was just digging every signal that wasn't iron so I could get things out out of the way. we will definitely be going back to that spot!!!! and before anybody says I was hogging the silver, after I got to five silvers,(I literally was trying to not find silver) Steve and our buddy Chris(Goldinwater) were rooting me on to see if I could have my best silver day ever. for some reason I was just ON today.
p.s. I would like to say thanks to Steve if he reads this, I thanked him profusely at the site, but I just want it in writing! Steve's a great guy, and he did get two silvers, and merc and a rosie.

When i get to share some time with friends detecting we are all excited for one another. Great finds for both of you keep swinging that school yard theres more
