While I didn't break any records on quantity of finds this year, I do think I did pretty good on quality finds! I found a lot of first this year (my third year detecting) I found my first seated coin last January, a half dime, and was so excited! Little did I know I would go on to find four more seated coins and even three capped bust silvers!! I also found my first Spanish silver! And went on to find three more including two cobs! (One very warn) I also found my first ID able large cent this past winter that was very toasted and ended up finding 6 more large cents including a 1797! (My first 1700's coin) then I broke into the 1600's three times with two William III half pennies and a Liard de France! I also found my first trime, silver half dollar, flying eagle cent, KGII, and Barber quarter! Lots of bucket list coins this year!
