My 4 Counterfeit 8 Reales

I thought I would post my 4 - 8 Reales I have dug over the past 4 years here in KY.
All 4 are counterfeits but only two of them have great detail.
Maybe one day I'll get a real one, not that it matters, I kinda like the counterfeits .

I would take a counterfeit any day!You are the only guy I know to have dug four let alone four C.F.'s!!!Too cool bud!

This last one I thought was for sure silver, and still do. I had it weighed and tested and it's obviously counterfeit.
I'm with you, I'll take all the cft's I can get, a real one would be nice too .

I was thinking the other night,and I know of a fellow that has dug near 100 Spanish coins(?)and he recently stated he had never found an "8",either!

Well I have one 1 reales and 2 1/2 reales that are real so I'd like to dig a 2 reales and a real 8 reales at some point

Amazing!!! Somebody was making a good bit of money by passing them around. I bet if he ever did get caught it was tar and feather time.
