My 1st key and military button

Got these and and a 1934 and a 1942 penny. Can someone tell a little about the key?
1. Independent Lock Co. Fitchburg Mass.
2. Waterbury Button Co. Their website says its Army but nothing else.

Button kind of looks like WW 1 Army, but a better picture would help.
 

Pretty sure that the button is the great seal button. Made from 1902 to present.
 

Can you show a full pic of the key? it looks like a ILCO ( independent lock company ) copy of a Yale Keyblank.
Probably a Y1 keyway. formerly yale & towne company.

Maybe age, what is might go too? I found it near an old home near the Railroad tracks
