Yes, looks like it.
Oftentimes, in the olden days, when they found lead to make bullets, it wasn't from off-the-shelf lead ingots, but the kid's toy soldiers or something, so not the quality lead, and the grainy look to the lead of yours, might be just that!
Keep hunting that location...!

Not musket unless it was part of a shot load. Too small.

#000 Buck is 0.36", #00 Buck is 0.33", #0 Buck is 0.32"

Possibly a rifle or pistol ball.

Those Small Balls Are always a pain to ID 'Time Period & Use IMO
