Hey, I haven't been on here in a while, but I was on this little adventure with ron , barb, and neil. Big fun. Ron did good. And we did leave them a business card, so they will probably contact us more often. Cant wait.

Yea, it is a llama 9mm. When it was pulled from the ground, we couldn't tell what make it was, but the police had already found out the make, model and serial number before it was found. Scary, we realized as it was pulled from the ground that it was still cocked and locked. We dont know whether there was a round chambered. The forensic guy was going to zip tie the hammer, just to be safe.

Myself being a police officer, I would like to thank you for the public service that you did for the Eugene OR PD. Your group makes the metal detecting hobby proud. It was nice for you to show them how to use their own detector.

Wow, I did think that was a muddy detector. Better take it to a car wash and leave it on the hood, 8). lol i wouldn't recommend it though lol!!!
