Move Over Odyssey

I think perhaps Oddysey made a big mistake with this one...This was too "in your face" and now the pie is in Odyssey's face...They may have gone" by the book" on this one but "the book" is subject to interpretation and emotion and current societal mores...just like the U.S. Constitution is ... and the "Bible".

They have had a good run but I think they lose this one...but as they say, there are.."other fish in the sea".

Clever article DiveWrecks, how about a link to the site?

I know this is an old topic but if Spain wants to "claim" all this treasure then why didn't Spain foot the bill to locate and recover it? I think O.M.E. should let Spain have the treasure.....right after spain pays them for the entire operation and what O.M.E. wants to charge them for the Salvage fee. After all is said and done Spain could then pay the U.S. Government a Storage fee for keeping "their" treasure safe and sound all these years :laughing9: See how much Spain would want to claim anything in the future.
