We've had a lot of rain in the last few weeks.
Been tryin to get out as much as I can.
I have found 15 madison points, 3 cahokias, several beautiful scrapers, a broken T handle of a micro drill, a bag of pottery shards, and a 1937 buffalo nickel.
This is the third old nickel I have found in this particular field. I have also found a 1901 dime and an 1887 quarter in the same field. Maybe I should metal detect it?
Here's what I found yesterday.

I may be an overly simple person but I still think Madison is the coolest point type to find. I've found some nice turkeytails, lost lakes, fluted points, but I think the coolest point I have is a 3/4" Madison.
