I've been doing this hobby for almost half a century now. I've found corroded zincolns to treasure. But one thing has been consistently true.

This is *the* most interesting hobby !

No matter what I find, or don't find. It *always* has a way to surprise. This last "walk" was just a very nice 3 hour exercise. Not much in finds:

Handful of change, bling pin, a new ride, a button.
:dontknow:

Just enough diversity to keep it interesting.

But that wasn't the most interesting thing of the day. It was, what I'd passed off as just some button off someone's jeans.

It looks as if it says "I A X". Didn't recognize the brand but everything's new to me anymore. :dontknow:

Interesting, but, not much. After cleaning I noticed something on the reverse. (Button looked sort of glassy or plastic. I remember being a bit surprised it even rang up, figured it must've had a metal backing.)

Hmmmm...."the plot thickens" and "the game's afoot!"

Feel free to comment.

...and...thanks for peeking!

Oh intrigue! I love intrigue!
Great walk you had!
I'm going with the Blingie meter, its still there so its not all shiny shiny, but very interesting.
Hmmm.. cuff link, button??... Maybe off a piece of jewlery or belt?

Fishy got a great ride out of that walk!
And the clad collection grows!

Its great you are still getting out there & bringing home the treasure. Lots better than cleaning up pull tab piles all over the floor.:laughing7:

I agree alot of the fun is whats that signal always fun. Finding things that just blow you away how it got there ect. Love it.
