Think I've found where a clothesline was at one point, old clothespin spring and couple of buttons (both metal..one says JW LOSSE ST LOUIS...research says could be anywhere from early 1900 to the 60s), square nails, square roofing tacks, what looks like an upholstery tack, a key for opening a tin can, .22 casings, and three more shotgun shell stamps...and something I have no clue about..but that's the fun of it all!

Thanks! I've been cataloging the headstamps as I find them...will eventually make a display for em. Lots of large old post oaks in the yard, so I'm figuring years ago this was prime squirrel hunting area.

Yes it's all a fun project and keeps me out of trouble as long as I refill my digouts!
