Yesterday's dig was wonderful despite the rain. I'm definitely going back this weekend. I found myself digging a little of everything, my metal detector went off constantly because of all the nails as well as several other pieces of metal. Does anyone have any idea what the last four pics might be? I tried to clean it some. 😊

Last 4 pics look like a broken chunk of brittle cast iron, such as from a wood stove or a kettle.

I like the Novelty Rubber Co button. I find those with my sifter....but yours has a shank, therefore you probably detected it. Nice find

Yes, I did detect it. I do find some pretty cool buttons detecting. I also dig & sift a lot, I don't want to miss anything. 😁😁
