Hello everybody...
had to wait till late afternoon to get back on the road due to workmen on site the ground now was baked very hard due to the very warm weather
had another hammered this time a cut scottish quarter (not quite sure which monarch) three more Roman bronzes came up but only one with any detail
Then had a great find out of the rock hard groud, Celtic Terret ring with drop down fixing bar (1st Century) this is a first for me, then just nearby the best of the day Roman Bow Brooch in amazing condition and the pin intact, it's so well preserved I could proberbly get the pin to rotate with a little soak and patience have a look at the pictures SS
