Hello fellow diggers. I dug the 2 eagles last week, and the flat button 2 days ago. I have a little info on the infantry button: Size - 7/8", type on back reads - Mintzer Phild. From what I've researched so far, it was made 1850's to 1870. The small eagle button: Size - 3/4", type on back reads - Extra Quality. I don't have any other info on this button. Any help here would be appreciated, catalog numbers also would be greatly appreciated as I have no button books.

The Wellington & Waterloo button I have no clue as to age, manufacturer info. etc. Found at the same site as the 2 eagles. Old mill from mid 1800's. Dug about 6" down. Diameter - 3/4". On the back it reads Wellington & Waterloo with a monogram/logo - looks like 2 W's, then there is more type above the word Wellington that I can't read. Lots of gilt left on the back, not type or design on the front. Any info at all on this button would be appreciated.

Thanks for looking, and keep diggin'

Richard
