I have to make a few more samples with classifiers and pan before I bring in some suction for bigger samples. Trying to hold costs down and use what I have. I want to try 1/8 punch plate and change my grizzly from 1/2 inch to 3/8 inch since so far my biggest gold sits on a 50 mesh screen, but quite a lot below 100 mesh at least comparativly speaking. I've had success with this hibanker set up as an over under with this size gold, but want to try with making it lighter due to rough hiking in and, well, I'm not getting any younger. I can also use 1/4" or 3/16" punch plate as well as veranda carpet or conveyor belting. I'll be setting it up as a 2 1/2 inch suction with my p90 and could use it as a 3 inch with the p180, but then it gets heavy again! I want to run it as slow as possible and as flat as I can to try to get the fine stuff. Open to any suggestions.
