As I recall, It was below Cody. I take the interstates cross country and then start angling over to Yellowstone. I would have taken I80 across. At Caspar I would have taken US20/26W, followed 20 at the split to Thermopolis, then state 120 to Cody. So it's somewhere above I80 and below Cody. It is on the left side of the road heading NW. That looks sweet, the contraption on top reminds me of those big barrels that fill with water at water parks and tip pouring water everywhere.
