missing seal $100 worth what?

My brother's bank had a $100 bill come in the other day with no green Treasury seal over the '100' above the serial number.
Anybody have any idea what it may be worth?
I found a $20 on eBay asking $125, but no sold ones.

Got a picture of it?can you get one? Ebay is OK but you need Price's REALIZED to make a comparison...was the listing"but it now" or auction?

The teller that got it kept it so no pic. that auction for the $20 was 'set price'.

just a guess since no pic......i would not bid any less that $200
